Krina is an experienced litigator who practices in the areas of labour and employment law.  She fights diligently for her clients’ rights all the way from the initial consultation to complex litigation.

Krina has extensive experience advising clients in all forms of employment and workplace law matters including wrongful and constructive terminations, employment agreements, and human rights violations in the workplace.

Prior to joining Goulart Workplace Lawyers, Krina maintained a broad litigation practice and subsequently practiced at a nationally recognized employment boutique firm in Toronto.  Krina has successfully appeared before various courts and tribunals including the Court of Appeal, the Superior Court of Justice, the Small Claims Court, and the Ontario Human Rights Tribunal.

Krina is a member of the South Asian Bar Association and is able to provide legal services in Gujarati.  Outside of work, Krina enjoys spending time with her family, reading, and cheering on her Toronto Raptors.
